The poll has been recombined as it has yet to be determined what would make up a rec league as compared to a semi-pro team. We have therefore based this on the following. 1. Team Strength from top of roster to bottom. 2. Record 3. Schedule 4. Ability to play more than 2 games strong in a weekend. More weight was given to wood bat teams, hitting with wood makes it harder to score runs.
